I have been in the wireless business for 7 years. My passion has always been about helping people. Calling technical support or going to a store for help can be frustrating, complicated and confusing, and even sometimes, not fix your problem. I want to help people in this complicated world of technology and wireless devices become comfortable and fix all your issues with convenience, patience and even a little fun!
